The Tsurumi Pump LSR Series Low Level Dewatering Pump applies a semi-vortex, urethane rubber impeller with ethylene propylene rubber casing to increase wear resistance when encountering abrasive particles. The pump includes double inside mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces (top and bottom), running in an oil-filled chamber and further protected by a lip seal running against a replaceable 403 stainless steel shaft sleeve. A built-in thermal & amperage sensing protector prevents motor failure due to overloading or accidental run-dry conditions. The double-shielded, permanently lubricated, high temperature C3 ball bearings are rated for a B-10 life of 60,000 hours. A top discharge and flow-thru design enables operation at low water levels down to 0.4in for extended periods.
