The Iwaki IX Series is a line of metering pumps that are digitally controlled direct-drive diaphragm pumps. They are suitable for automated chemical delivery applications in industries such as water treatment and chemical processes. They allow for precise control for dosing applications. The high compression head pump design results in fast priming and no-gas lock at any flow rate up to rated pressures.

The IX series contains a universal design as drive/control units are sealed to IP65 ratings. The suction speed can be manually lowered for cavitation prevention. Other features include fully programmable analog or digital proportional control of the pump and degassing assistance through keypad operation or a contact signal. The controller logs total power connect time, operation time, the number of strokes, and the number of power-on cycles.
