Banjo 222PIE51 222 Series Cast Iron Centrifugal Pump

The BBanjo 222PIE51 222 Series Cast Iron Centrifugal Pump features a "V" shaped design for quicker priming to start pumping faster. It has cast iron construction for rugged and dependable service. The pump end is separated from the engine for convenient servicing and maintenance.

It comes mounted on a heavy duty cast iron base plate with a heavy gauge steel frame for stability. The pump end has pressure cast aluminum end plates with a ribbed design for added rigidity. It also features a dynamically balanced impeller, replaceable inlet and outlet flanges, and stainless steel shaft sleeve to protect the engine shaft.

The pump is equipped with a carbon ceramic seal with stainless steel cup and spring with FKM rubber for durability. It has large weep holes between the pump end and engine along with a heavy duty slinger seal on the motor shaft to prevent moisture buildup. The motors are wound with inverter spike resistant magnet wire.

It also utilizes high quality ball bearings, including a locked drive end bearing.

Caution: Do not run pump dry, restrict port sizes or dead head to avoid component failure. Not for use with flammable liquids.
