The March Pumps Series 5.5 Centrifugal Pump is composed of Viton O-Rings, ceramic shafts and thrust washers, and an option of polypropylene, glass filled Kynar, or 316 stainless steel front/rear housing and impeller. Explosion proof motors for hazardous locations are available. The pump is ideal for chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. Motors can run at 60 or 50 hertz, with some performance difference between the hertz options. The pump is capable of handling mildly or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents.
