The Iwaki LKN Series is a line of motor-driven, mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pumps. With a maximum capacity of 114 GPH and a maximum pressure of 225 PSI, these pumps are ideal for applications such as chemical feed in water treatment, chemical process, agriculture, mining, and paper. These pumps feature stroke adjustment settings with a micrometer dial of the springback stroke, adjustable from 10 to 100%

Additionally, these pumps utilize a dual-cam drive with an aluminum bronze, built-in worm gear and tapered roller bearing. This allows for wear resistance in continuous operations. These pumps employ TEFC, vertically mounted motors, with additional voltage and motor feature options available. The liquid ends of the pump are available in PVC, PVDF, and 316SS for handling acids, bases, solvents, polymers, and slurries.
