The RotoPumps KWIK series is a line of quick dismantling pumps built on the Maintenance In Place (MIP) platform. The pump contains several features including a specially designed clamp that enables quick removal of rotor and stator without dismantling discharge line and an improved rotor stator geometry minimizes wear due to lower rubbing velocities. The Cardan type of UJ joint employs two sets of perpendicular pins, each providing freedom of angular movement, which facilitates the transmission of angular loads. It also withstand higher axial loads.

Additionally, the split coupling rods allows for quick dismantling and the dual inspection windows provides access to the split coupling rods. The KWIK series allows for the maintenance of pumps without dismantling of the suction and delivery pipelines. The one piece construction of stator minimizes the risk of media leakage unlike split stator design and there's no need for extra dismantling space. It is ideal for use in industries such as wastewater, oil and gas, sugar, biogas, paper, paint and varnish, marine and ship building, and mining and explosives.
