Description
The Modus Engineered Solutions MixMate Polymer Feed System is a polymer feed system designed to add polymer to a liquid stream in order to enhance performance or properties. It combines both substances under pressure, converting them into a single high-velocity fluid.
The process within the polymer feed system forces water between millions of polymer chains looking for a place to unfold. Once unfolded, the combination slows down and moves slowly through the MixMate blending station where additional water is added to create the exact polymer concentration needed for various applications.
MixMate polymer feed systems are especially compact and are shipped as a wall-mounted unit to avoid taking up floor space.
