The FPZ Model D Series Metering Pump is a mechanical diaphragm dosing pump with 4 pole electric motor. It has standard NPT valve connections and a cataphoresis painted gear box. The endless screw worm gear box is supported by bearings and fully lubricated in an oil bath.
The standard 3 phase voltages are 208-230V/460V-60Hz. The standard 1 phase voltage 115/208-230V-60Hz. Motors are available to meet a wide range of alternative specifications including: IEEE841, IEEE45, Explosion proof; different voltages, frequencies, higher insulation standards and more.
Stroke adjustment can be made with the pump at rest or in operation, run manually or automatically with an actuator driven by 4-20mA.
