Description

The Neptune Drum Mixer includes an air control valve to allow speed adjustment, and the motor may be stalled without damage. All drum series mixers fit through the standard 2in (51mm) bung on 55-gallon (208 liter) drums.

The E and F Series are equipped to handle low viscosity/water-like liquids that use a folding propeller for proper drum installation. The propeller folds for entry and opens to a 3.75in (95.3mm) diameter when operating. The motor is available in TEFC or explosion-proof enclosures (56C frame), and air motors are also available.

The H and HGS Series, equipped with permanent blades for handling higher viscosity fluids up to either 8,000 or 32,000cps. The available electric or air motor are powered to 1 HP. These series are designed for mixing extremely heavy or shear-sensitive chemicals in drums.
