The Chesterton ARC 855 Industrial Coating is a ceramic-reinforced, thin film coating that protects metal surfaces against chemicals, abrasion, and corrosion. It creates an abrasion-resistant coating that extends equipment life, reducing downtime and the need for spare parts. The high gloss, low drag surface improves material flow and enhances efficiency. ARC 855 requires a minimum of two coats​ and comes in two color options, black and gray, for two-coat verification. It is available in four sizes from 0.75 to 16L for different coverage needs.

The ARC 855 coating contains 100% solids, no VOCs, and no free isocyanates. This composition prevents shrinkage during the curing process and allows it to resist permeation.
