Description

The AMT 489 Series are high head centrifugal pumps designed for continuous-duty OEM, industrial/commercial and processing applications such as circulation, chemical processing, liquid transfer, and pressure boosting. They are heavy duty, high pressure pumps. The pull-from-rear design allows for servicing without disturbing any piping. The closed impeller helps with performance. The pumps are close coupled to a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) or Open Drip Proof (ODP) motor. These pumps are not self-priming and require flooded suction.
