The Hevvy/Toyo DXL Series Dewatering Pump is a versatile system designed to extract dirty water with up to 5% solids. Operation of these pumps can occur in levels as low as 6in. The DXL Series comes in low and high head configurations. Low head models are offered in 5 to 20 HP, with up to a 180ft rated head. High head configurations come in 15 to 150 HP, with up to a 525ft rated head. Discharge port sizes are available in 2, 3, 4, and 6in diameters. Low head DXL units are equipped with a durable cast iron impeller, whereas high heads feature a High Chrome impeller for additional resistance to wear in the presence of abrasive materials. Thermal protection is also included with high head pumps. All models come with an inbuilt cooling jacket and are rated for 460 V operation, with 575 V available with high heads.
