Iwaki Air Air Operated Double Diaphragm AODD Pumps

Iwaki Air's air operated double diaphragm pumps use two alternating diaphragms which provide a smooth, pulse-free flow compared to single diaphragm designs. They are air operated, using compressed air to reciprocate the diaphragms and displace fluid. Iwaki AODD pumps can run 100% dry without damage since there are no wetted rotating parts and are available in various materials like PTFE, aluminum, polypropylene to handle corrosive, abrasive or high purity fluids. They are able to self-prime and run against high discharge pressures. Double diaphragms provide high suction lift capability. The simple air valve design allows longer diaphragm life compared to mechanically operated diaphragm pumps. Iwaki AODD pumps are available in different pump sizes to cover a wide range of flow rates. Accessories like surge suppressors, inlet/outlet fittings, stroke sensors expand capabilities.
